Lancaster Estates Mobile Home Community is a family-friendly and pet-friendly park located in coveted Lancaster, California in Los Angeles County. Our beautiful park offers a community clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, fitness room, and more inside a secure walled community with security guards from 9pm-5am 7 days a week. In Los Angeles County, many parks offer rental spaces that range from $850.00 – $1200.00 per month, but here in rent-controlled Lancaster, we are able to offer quality living at a significantly lower per month cost.

We are a short commute from Los Angeles and many major attractions. There are many daily airport shuttle vans to and from Los Angeles Airport as well as the Metrolink Train with daily trips into Los Angeles. With Saddleback Butte State Park and Arthur B.
